Day 21: Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind Using Subliminals

There is an effortless way to imprint your new beliefs in your subconscious, and that is listening to subliminal audio programs.

Subliminal messages are hidden positive messages masked with sound therapy (brainwave entrainment) intended to communicate directly with the Subconscious Mind and completely bypass the Conscious Mind.

These subliminal messages are unintelligible to the human ear, which is connected to the Conscious Mind, so you will not hear the suggestions at all.

Although the Conscious Mind cannot hear the messages, the subconscious can still hear them because it never sleeps. When the Conscious Mind sleeps, it does not get in the way of subconscious reprogramming.

The reason most mental suggestions are slow to work is that the Conscious Mind can hear and understand them and instantly dismisses these affirmations to be untrue, too good to be true, or impossible.

Example, if you recite your affirmations that you will have your ex back, the tendency of your Conscious Mind is to think that these affirmations seem impossible, because either you haven’t been in contact with your ex for more than a year, or your ex is already with someone else.

The solution is repetition until your Conscious Mind fully absorbs the suggestions.

Listening to subliminal audio programs will address this issue. Even if you will have doubts from time to time, if you continue to listen to a subliminal that addresses specific limiting beliefs, your doubt will eventually fade away.

Elements of a Good Subliminal Audio

Not all subliminals are created equal, especially when the subliminal maker doesn’t have the in-depth knowledge of Conscious Creation and subconscious programming. Knowing how the conscious and subconscious minds relate with each other is vital in subliminal creation.

The suggestions contained in a subliminal audio program must be written in their “fulfilled state” already and must be clear and definite. The affirmations should also be written in a positive format.

Example, instead of: “It is not impossible to manifest my loved one,” it should be, “It is possible to manifest my loved one.”

It is also important that unconditional love is incorporated in the messages because that is the level of consciousness that you should operate in to manifest your desire.

The subliminal messages (affirmations or suggestions) should be recorded at a very high frequency that the human ear cannot hear, understand, or interpret. The reason for this is so that the conscious mind won’t be able to negate these suggestions and put them to waste.

A good subliminal audio CANNOT BE a silent audio. I’ve made thousands of subliminal audios and it’s not really possible to have a totally silent subliminal. You will at least hear incoherent whispers.

The best subliminals are layered with nature sounds or sounds that are pleasant to your ears so that your mind can easily relax. When the mind is relaxed, it is more responsive to subliminal messages.

Sounds that are too loud and not pleasant to your ears have low vibrational frequencies that you don’t even want to listen to that.

Some subliminals include binaural beats. I do include binaural beats in some of my subliminals, especially custom ones.

The main purpose of binaural beats is to stimulate the brain, help your mind focus, and improve your emotional stability. They are useful during meditation because they help get your mind into alpha or sleepy state, which makes your subconscious open to suggestions.

The reason you need to get into sleepy state is to weaken your conscious mind so it won’t be able to filter the messages from the subliminal audio.

You should be able to play your subliminal messages anytime you want, especially when you’re driving, commuting to and from work, or while working.

How to Listen to Subliminal Audio Programs

Before you listen to your subliminal, look at your ex’s photo and pay attention to their facial features. Then play the subliminal audio.

From time to time, look at your ex’s photo. This will give an impression to your subconscious that the person being referred to in the subliminal messages is the person in the photo.

Listen to the audio every day for not more than 8 hours. The reason for this is over-listening may give you headaches. I recommend listening for 20 minutes per session, twice a day.

Do not listen while driving or when you are working out at the gym.

It’s OK to combine this technique with other subconscious reprogramming techniques like affirmations, hypnosis, or visualization.

You will start to see changes in your physical reality between 1 week to 3 months.

Should You Use Other Subliminal Audios?

This is totally up to you. I know you can find subliminal audios on getting your ex back on YouTube, but I am not sure how they were produced and what kind of affirmations they contain, and whether or not they contain the necessary frequencies that can help you achieve your desire.

Some of the subliminals out there feature affirmations that you can understand and hear. These messages are being filtered by the Conscious Mind and are therefore less effective.

Your Daily Practice: Every Morning and Night

This is your daily visualization practice. You can create your own version but you must bear in mind that the important elements suggested in this practice are still present in your own visualizations.

Here is my suggested daily practice for you to follow. You are free to design your own as long as you set-aside a time during your day to focus.

As soon as you wake up in the morning or before you sleep, what you need to do is set a time and place for Conscious Creation.

Before you start the session, make sure you are in a quiet place alone. I usually do my conscious creation session in my bedroom while sitting on my chair. I recommend that you sit on a chair so you can focus on your mental images without dozing off.

 

Step 1: Get into the Alpha State

Unless you can mentally focus on one thing and one thing only without your mind chatter getting in the way, it is important for your body and mind to reach the Alpha state or what others call “relaxed state” or “sleepy state”.

My favorite technique to get into Alpha is to sit still with my eyes closed and then empty my mind. If this is challenging, I suggest that you try to experiment with the different relaxation techniques first and pick the one that you find the easiest.

You’ll know that you have reached the “alpha state of mind” when you feel totally relaxed and have no care in the world.

 

Step 2: Imagine Your Loved One Happy

The next step is to do your Conscious Creation in the Mental Plane. Do not use words or exert any physical efforts in the Physical Plane. All creations must be done in the Mental Plane only.

In your mind’s eye, invite your partner to come into your presence. If you are in a room, imagine them in the same room as you.

Imagine them happy, just happy on their own. Not with you, not with anyone else. Don’t add any person to the scene. Don’t add other scenarios. Just focus on the person you love being alone and see them happy on their own.

See their bright smile and hear their contagious laughter. Feel their happiness radiate around the room.

Don’t see them happy with anyone else. Don’t see them happy with you. In fact, don’t see yourself with them for now. Just see them happy alone. Imagine them in their happiest moment.

You don’t need to know the reason for their happiness. You don’t need to know what motivates them to be happy. Just focus on them being happy.

Imagine this scenario as vividly as you can.

If you find it hard to visualize your loved one happy, look at a photo of them smiling. Remember every detail of their facial expression. Then see them with that same facial expression in the room.

 

Step 3: Mind the Distance

Make sure that you don’t see your loved one from afar that it would be impossible for you to recognize their face. When you see them far away from you, your subconscious blocks them from being with you.

The correct distance is close enough so you can easily touch or dance with your loved one. Their facial expression and the details of their face must be clear for you to see so that when you stretch your hand, you can easily reach them.

Look at them happy and smiling from your vantage point. Feel their presence and high vibrations. Their happiness is infectious and you can’t help but smile or laugh with them.

 

Step 4: Watch a Movie With Your Loved One

The next step is to invite your loved one to sit down and watch a movie with you.

Imagine as if they are beside you right now, as if this is happening in real life right now.

Make sure that you don’t see yourself as you watch a movie with your loved one unless you look at yourself in the mirror.

Imagine being comfortable beside each other. Imagine feeling grateful and happy being together.

Imagine yourselves in the living room of your own house. Imagine yourselves living together and enjoying each other’s company. Imagine it real as possible.

 

Step 5: See Yourselves in the Movie

As you watch a movie with your loved one, see yourselves in the movie. See yourselves live your ideal life as a couple. See scenes from your travels, your engagement, your wedding day, family get together, lunch dates with friends, and if you wish to have a family of your own, see movie clips from your child’s first birthday.

Imagine as if you have chronicled your lives together through the years. See the photos and watch the videos of your wonderful life together!

 

Step 6: Be Grateful For Your Wonderful Life

Tell your partner that you’re happy to live your life together and that you’re happy to share memories together. Tell your partner that you can’t wait to create more memories together. Then watch their facial expression. Imagine your loved one happy as well. See them happy and content with their life with you. Feel them happy with you now.

Then, seal the moment with a kiss.
