Introduction to Universal Laws
I would like to start this course with the introduction to the Universal Laws that govern the universe and our existence.
These universal laws are the truth. They exist since the beginning of time. The wise, successful, and powerful men and women knew about the existence of these laws and use them to their advantage. Only less than 1% of the world’s population know about these laws.
The universal laws are 100% accurate, never fail, and work 24/7. These laws make the world exist in perfect harmony. They hold all the answers to life’s greatest mysteries.
As you study and apply these universal principles, you will have clarity about your own existence and the world around you. You will understand why you had highs and lows in your relationships, why you and your loved one broke up, why you get into the same relationship patterns, and why many people find it challenging or impossible to manifest their loved one back.
I arranged this course based on the Universal Laws. The course contains principles that you can use in other aspects of your life. When you do, your life will unfold the way you want it to unfold. Life will cease to just happen to you — you will make it happen to you. You will also realize that “luck” and “coincidences” do not just randomly happen to you — they are actually your own creations.
If you didn’t know about these laws in the past, there’s nothing to worry. Be grateful that you’ve come across this information right now.
There are SEVEN UNIVERSAL LAWS that hold the master key to unlocking the secrets of life, and I will add one universal law that can supplement your knowledge and understanding of the seven. These universal laws are either immutable or mutable.
Immutable laws are absolute and can never be changed, whether you choose to believe in them or not. They are always true from the beginning of time until eternity. They have always existed and will continue to exist — there’s really nothing that you can do to manipulate, change, or transcend them. They operate in full force all the time.
Mutable laws are transitory and can be changed, manipulated, or transcended. They will always hold true unless you rise above them and change them by using the faculties of your mind and raise your awareness.
Although you can transcend them, there’s no reason to ignore or defy these laws because they still govern your day-to-day existence. Without your willpower and conscious awareness, they will still operate in full force.
I encourage you to study each law that I will mention throughout the course. In understanding these laws, you will be able to transcend the immutable laws and leverage their powers to reunite with your loved one.
All is Mind and the Universe is Mental
The first universal law is the Law of Mentalism, which states that “ALL IS MIND and the universe is mental.”
This means that the world we live in contains all the manifestations of the collective consciousness (thoughts) of everyone who lives in it.
Everything that you see and cannot see around you, every living and non-living thing, every tangible and intangible comes from the mind.
The entire universe and its parts are made up of mind. You, me, and everyone else is mind.
This mind is universal, infinite, unknowable, and undefinable. This means you are all present, all powerful, all knowing, and limitless!
The Source of Everything
You exist in a limitless ocean of mental energy, and your mind is in the center of it. This means that your mind is the source of everything that you see around you; the one that is entirely responsible for yourself, your whole being, all your experiences, all that you own, the quality of your relationships, and all that await you.
Imagine that who you are, where you’ve been, and what you’ve done in your life are the results of your predominant thoughts. That’s because whatever you think, you create. That’s what the Law of Mentalism is about.
This law is simple, straightforward, and quite literal. If you think about negative things, they are what you will create in your life. If you think about positive things, you will also create positive experiences in your life.
There is nothing that exists around you that didn’t come from your thoughts. All creations come from your mind. Your reality is the result of your mind.
Before you decided to be in a relationship, you must have thought about it first. You must have formed a mental image of your ideal partner so that when you meet someone new, you know exactly whether or not they are your type.
Even the tallest building in the world, which is Burj Khalifa in Dubai, started as someone’s idea before it was developed into a plan and then given to the architect, developer, engineers, and contractors. Even Facebook and Apple came from Mark Zuckerberg and Steve Job’s minds!
Before you acquired all the material things in your life, you must have thought about them first.
All desires and dreams come from the mind. Nothing gets created without the mind. All the developments in the world come from the mind.
Your mind is the source of all intelligence. It is also the source of all social, physical, mental, spiritual, scientific, artistic, and mechanical achievements and advancements.
The thing is, whether you think consciously or unconsciously, and no matter how fleeting these thoughts, they will always find their way to your Physical Reality.
In fact, your thoughts are not going anywhere else except your Physical Reality. If they are not manifesting right now, they HAVE to manifest later.
The manifestation mainly depends on your predominant thoughts. As long as the majority of your thoughts are positive, they will manifest as positive experiences in your life.
Literal Translation of Thoughts
One important thing that you need to understand about the Law of Mentalism is that whatever you think and believe LITERALLY translates into your Physical Reality.
There are so many instances where I pictured out a detailed scenario in my head and it manifested exactly as I had imagined it to be. This happened so many times. Some people call these “deja vu,” but actually, these are the literal translation of our visualizations and subconscious thoughts.
To take advantage of the Law of Mentalism, you MUST create the specifics of your desire in your mind to get the results that you really want. their powers to reunite with your loved one.
How to Apply the Law of Mentalism to Manifest Your Ex
In the Law of Mentalism, if you direct your thoughts to create the ideal scenario with your loved one, sooner or later it will manifest exactly as you imagined it.
Pour in all the details of your ideal scenario. Will it be a romantic dinner? Or will it be as simple as getting unblocked on social media? Maximize the powers of this law and create your reality in your mind.
You can turn this into your bedtime routine. Imagine that you open your social media account or hear your phone buzz, and you your loved one’s name. Imagine you bump into them somewhere in the mall or park. Imagine the conversation. Feel the butterflies in your stomach just before you sleep.
The key here is to make this “imaginal act” your predominant thought. The occasional doubt and fear may invade your thoughts, but you must trust in the power of Conscious Creation to see the direct translation of your desires into reality.
Even if you constantly imagine how you and your loved one get back together but your “imaginal acts” are constantly plagued with negative thoughts like “it might not happen”, “I don’t want to raise my hopes up”, or “I’ll prepare myself for the worst”, then you’re bound to end up with negative results.
Worse, you two may see each other again, but it won’t blossom into a beautiful rekindled relationship. And it’s all because you tied negative feelings and thoughts to your ideal scenario.
The phrase “hoping for the best, but expecting the worst” is not applicable in Conscious Creation. Your hopes and expectations should both be aligned with your desires. All of them must be empowered by your belief that IT WILL 100% HAPPEN.
This won’t just apply to your ideal reunion scenario. Let your imagination run free with how great your rekindled relationship will be, all the happy (and even cheesy!) moments you two will have, the great places and conversations, and all other imaginal acts you want to see come true.
Activity for Day 1
Here is my suggested daily visualization for you to perform for 30 days. You are also free to design your own as long as you set-aside from time during your day to focus
YOUR DAILY PRACTICE: EVERY MORNING AND EVERY NIGHT
As soon as you wake up in the morning or before you sleep, what you need to do is set a time and place for Conscious Creation.
Before you start the session, make sure you are in a quiet place alone. I usually do my conscious creation session in my bedroom while sitting on my chair. I recommend that you sit on a chair so you can focus on your mental images without dozing off.
STEP 1: GET INTO ALPHA STATE
Unless you can mentally focus on one thing and one thing only without your mind chatter getting in the way, it is important for your body and mind to reach the Alpha state or what others call “relaxed state” or “sleepy state”.
To get to Alpha state, you can go back to our relaxation and Alpha state exercises in the previous lessons.
My favorite technique to get into Alpha is to sit still with my eyes closed and then empty my mind. If this is challenging, I suggest that you try to experiment with the different relaxation techniques first and pick the one that you find the easiest.
You’ll know that you have reached the “alpha state of mind” when you feel totally relaxed and have no care in the world.
STEP 2: IMAGINE YOUR LOVED ONE HAPPY
The next step is to do your Conscious Creation in the Mental Plane. Do not use words or exert any physical efforts in the Physical Plane. All creations must be done in the Mental Plane only.
In your mind’s eye, invite your partner to come into your presence. If you are in a room, imagine them in the same room as you.
Imagine them happy, just happy on their own. Not with you, not with anyone else. Don’t add any person to the scene. Don’t add other scenarios. Just focus on the person you love being alone and see them happy on their own.
See their bright smile and hear their contagious laughter. Feel their happiness radiate around the room.
Don’t see them happy with anyone else. Don’t see them happy with you. In fact, don’t see yourself with them for now. Just see them happy alone. Imagine them in their happiest moment.
You don’t need to know the reason for their happiness. You don’t need to know what motivates them to be happy. Just focus on them being happy.
Imagine this scenario as vividly as you can.
If you find it hard to visualize your loved one happy, look at a photo of them smiling. Remember every detail of their facial expression. Then see them with that same facial expression in the room.
STEP 3: MIND THE DISTANCE
Make sure that you don’t see your loved one from afar that it would be impossible for you to recognize their face. When you see them far away from you, your subconscious blocks them from being with you.
The correct distance is close enough so you can easily touch or dance with your loved one. Their facial expression and the details of their face must be clear for you to see so that when you stretch your hand, you can easily reach them.
Look at them happy and smiling from your vantage point. Feel their presence and high vibrations. Their happiness is infectious and you can’t help but smile or laugh with them.
STEP 4: WATCH A MOVIE WITH YOUR LOVED ONE
The next step is to invite your loved one to sit down and watch a movie with you.
Imagine as if they are beside you right now, as if this is happening in real life right now.
Make sure that you don’t see yourself as you watch a movie with your loved one unless you look at yourself in the mirror.
Imagine being comfortable beside each other. Imagine feeling grateful and happy being together.
Imagine yourselves in the living room of your own house. Imagine yourselves living together and enjoying each other’s company. Imagine it real as possible.
STEP 5: SEE YOURSELVES IN THE MOVIE
As you watch a movie with your loved one, see yourselves in the movie. See yourselves live your ideal life as a couple. See scenes from your travels, your engagement, your wedding day, family get together, lunch dates with friends, and if you wish to have a family of your own, see movie clips from your child’s first birthday.
Imagine as if you have chronicled your lives together through the years. See the photos and watch the videos of your wonderful life together!
STEP 6: BE GRATEFUL FOR YOUR WONDERFUL LIFE
Tell your partner that you’re happy to live your life together and that you’re happy to share memories together. Tell your partner that you can’t wait to create more memories together. Then watch their facial expression. Imagine your loved one happy as well. See them happy and content with their life with you. Feel them happy with you now.
Then, seal the moment with a kiss.
Visualization Prompts to Manifest Your Ex (or Special Person)
I recommend that you use a guided visualization that is specific to manifesting your ex. This guided visualization applies to all genders, including LGBT couples.
This recording contains visualization prompts that will encourage you to imagine different scenarios that include your ex. These prompts are questions that start with, “What if…?” Example: What if you received a text message from your ex? What would you do? What would you feel?
These questions help you visualize what it would be like to be in that specific scenario right now.
This guided visualization creates thought forms that when given substance using positive feelings, will translate into its physical manifestation. With continued use of this visualization, you will be in a romantic relationship with the person you imagine in this scenario.
Perform this twice a day, in the morning when you wake-up, and before you go to bed at night. You may also use this visualization multiple times a day.
Listen to a Subliminal
During the duration of this course, you need to pick the subliminal that is appropriate for your situation.
You will be listening to this subliminal twice a day, at any time. You may also listen more than twice a day. It’s up to you.
You will understand why you need to listen to a subliminal as the lessons progress.
Here are the subliminals that you can download and listen to. Choose only what applies to you:
During the manifestation process, eat more healthy food with lots of vegetables and fruits. These are high-vibe food that will help you in manifesting your ex or specific person. I will talk more about this in the succeeding lessons.
In addition to today’s exercise, you should also listen to your subliminal for at least twice a day, as well as to any of the guided visualizations I mentioned in the previous lessons.
